A very pleasant new apartment in the western part of the ever-developing town of Mandre. The extremely friendly and efficient owners made us feel at home and we spent a really pleasant week in a brand new apartment. The interior offered full comfort and all the amenities you would expect in a normal home. We were able to use a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and felt like we were living in our own home. The apartment had two bedrooms, a large living room connected to the kitchen and a terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The apartment is only 150 meters from the beach and there is a large parking lot just below the building. Highly recommended.

Lilly Rose Apartments are located at the end of Mandre on a gentle hill overlooking the sea. The beach is about 50 meters from the apartment. It is a completely new building with modern rooms where you will not lack anything. We had a bathroom with shower and washing machine + laundry tablets in the apartment. The sea is beautiful, clean and very warm even during our stay, just watch out for sea urchins. The owners of the apartment are very kind, warm and accommodating. We spent a week visiting Lili Rose Mandre and had an unforgettable holiday. We were picked up from Zadar airport by shuttle service and taken to Mandre. The hosts were very accommodating and anticipated our every need. Even refilling our coffee beans for free was no problem. The beach is only 40m from the accommodation and is simply wonderful. We, a family of four, had the pleasure of spending a week in this beautiful apartment in Mandre. Even our journey by electric car was uncomplicated, thanks to sufficient charging stations along our route and in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It is stylishly and elegantly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen - including an excellent fully automatic coffee machine. A particular highlight for us were the high-quality cutting knives and the water filter, which gave us soft and pleasant drinking water, so that we could save ourselves the hassle of lugging water bottles around. The beds were a bit on the harder side, but we still found this very comfortable. The TV offered a wide selection of programs in various languages, and the free internet worked smoothly.
The proximity to the beach (only 50m!) was an absolute plus, especially for our children. The water was calm and at the ideal temperature, perfect for our little water rats. Not to forget the water bouncy castle in Mandre, which provided additional fun. And the boat trip to the neighboring islands of Silba and Olib was a special experience.
For us parents, the sea view from the apartment was simply unbeatable. Hearing the sound of the sea at night was pure relaxation, and the sunsets here are simply breathtaking. Paddleboards and beach chairs were also at our disposal, which made our stay even more pleasant.
A must for everyone who comes here is the Pagski Sir, a wonderful local cheese that we were able to buy from the farmers in the region.
Finally, we would like to emphasize the warm hospitality of Alexander and Anna, who were always there to help and advise us. Their tips and recommendations were worth their weight in gold.
All in all, it was an unforgettable vacation and we can only warmly recommend this accommodation! 5/5 stars.

Mandre is the Beverly Hills of Croatia ☀️ . What do I mean by that? Many wealthy people and celebrities come here to relax incognito. Lili Rose's apartment (penthouse) is less than 100m from the beach 🏖️ . It has a large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, forest and mountains. The apartments are modernly furnished and have high-quality appliances: washing machine, coffee machine + coffee for the entire duration of the vacation and a modern dishwasher with cleaning products. We stayed at Lili Rose for 5 nights during New Year's week. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with wonderful light and has all the essentials and more to feel at home. The furnishings in the apartment are modern and of very high quality. There is a coffee machine, kettle, ... there is even an additional tap in the kitchen that supplies filtered water.
Anna and Alex were great hosts and gave us a warm welcome on the first day.
The second to last day we even had dinner together.
It took us about 15-20 minutes by car from the accommodation to Novalja/Zrce. But there are also good restaurants and a good ice cream parlor in Mandre (within walking distance).

The supermarkets and bakery in town are only a few minutes away by car and there is a restaurant and an ice cream parlor that can also be reached in just a few minutes on foot.

We immediately felt welcome and warmly received and were given great advice about Mandre and the accommodation down to the smallest detail. No matter what questions or suggestions we had, they were immediately answered. After our 3.5 week trip in Croatia in various accommodations, we can clearly say that Mandre and the accommodation Lili Rose and the wonderful landlords are our absolute favorites and we will definitely come back on our next trip and enjoy the vacation again. Our stay at Lili Rose Mandre with a child was simply unforgettable. Even the journey by car was very pleasant, as there are spacious parking spaces that offer plenty of space to drive in and out.
The apartment on the first floor offered a breathtaking view of the sea and the adjacent forest, which also invites you to relax and makes the climate on the balcony particularly pleasant. The location is perfect: only about 65 meters from the pebble beach and a five-minute walk from the “Summer” restaurant and a 15-minute walk from the center of Mandre. We were particularly impressed by the various fruit and vegetable stalls and the daily fresh fish directly from the fishermen at the harbor.

It was simply fantastic. The apartment is beautifully and modernly furnished. There is a large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, the forest and the mountains. A fully equipped kitchen with all equipment, ergonomic beds and pillows ensure a restful sleep, external blinds and fly screens are also available, lovingly furnished, bright, modern ambience. The apartment also has underfloor heating. The spacious balcony has loungers, a large table with eight armchairs and a Weber grill.
As a welcome gift, there was chilled water and wine in the fridge, and we were also spoiled with homemade rolls, fish and pastries. We felt like we were at home with friends.
The hosts Anna and Alex are extremely lovely people who take a lot of time for their guests. They are ready with helpful tips and are available at any time.

In both bathrooms there is shower gel, soap, shower squeegee, towels, beach towels, simply everything you need.
The location is also perfect, only about 70 meters to the beach, and beach chairs were also available free of charge.

Mandre is the Beverly Hills of Croatia ☀️. What do I mean by that? Many wealthy people and celebrities come here to relax incognito.
Lili Rose's apartment (penthouse) is less than 100m from the beach 🏖️. There is a large balcony with an excellent view of the sea, forest and mountains. You are also not in the middle of it all, so you can relax in a quiet environment.
The hosts are also very friendly and are always available to help and advise. It's great that you also have deck chairs, parasols and, if available, a paddle board available.
This is the 4th time I've been to Mandre, but the first time I've stayed in this apartment. I will be back. Thank you!
